Choco-Late de Batirol

We're suppose to try Good Taste Cafe and Restaurant but since lunch time na kami lumabas sobrang daming tao sa branch na 'to. The guard directed us to try the old Good Taste sa may Baguio Market but to no avail tamad na kaming puntahan yun. Ang init na eh.

So alternate plan is to try Choco- Late de Batirol sa Camp John Hay.  Pero hindi namin mahanap, hindi rin alam nung taxi driver na nasakyan namin. #epicfail Nag ikot-ikot na lang kami sa mga shops and restaurants around Mile Hi Inn.

Sa kakalakad namin nakita din sa wakas ang signage na 'to. :)Eto na nga.
Parang simpleng bahay lang s'ya near the golf course area.

This is better than the one at Cafe by the Ruins, mas creamy.

If you're looking for a big serving of food at a sulit price, dito ka na! Yung tipong di ka nadadaya ng picture na nasa Menu. Kung anong nakita mo, expect it na ganun itsura nya. American size daw servings nila dito eh... tama nga naman. :D

Cafe By The Ruins

Next stop is Cafe by the Ruins just beside Eurotel-Baguio. 

Sino ba namang hindi matatakam kung ang bubungad sa'yo pagkapasok ay ang freshly baked breads ng Cafe? 

Pumunta kami dito to have a quick meryenda mula sa pagiikot sa Orchidarium which is walking distance from this place. I think perfect 'to for those looking for a quick breakfast/meryenda before/after the city tour.   Must try dito ang kanilang ensaymada (best ensaymada!!!) and hot chocolate drink.
